Roasted brussels sprouts with maplewood smoked kayem bacon

We’ve been bacon the most out of staying home by trying all kinds of new recipes. I always want the veggies and he wants meat, so this dish was a good compromise. It’s roasted brussel sprouts with Maplewood bacon and a salted honey glaze. Kayem Brand bacon is slow cooked, handcrafted in small batches, and has an extra-thick cut. It’s a delicious addition to game day apps or any of your favorite bacon dishes, and can be found at select grocery stores across New England! We added craisins to the brussel sprouts, but they could also be topped with goat cheese!
